#TNM was established in 2012 by Music Artists in order to create a solid and safe advocacy for music creators. We are a 501c3 Nonprofit that offers a complete suite of business support for Music business professionals. We pride ourselves in our ability to secure the intellectual property of our members and affiliates. The #TNM S.A.M.I.E. program is lead by the Committee for Music Industry Ethics. Anyone may join this committee. Any business owner or artist may take the Secure Arts List of Classes. Once you have taken the classes an obtained a certificate for each class, #TNM will list your business as a #TNM tagged trusted S.A.M.I.E certified Music Business. This will be a signal to creators that you have chosen to agree with, and decided to adopt the Music Business Ethics Code and will therefore provide safe reliable service.

However they are really only contracted paid for hire help. When the company has what they want, they can just discard the artist. If the artist hasn't made proper "deals" they are discarded with nothing to show for the years of service they have given to the companies they worked for. Some have no insurance, no savings, no retirement ect. #TNM seeks to change they way record labels do business.
